There is something incredibly special about being a raleigh newborn photographer and photographing a family as they welcome a new baby, and Baby Thea’s newborn session was filled with so many beautiful moments. From the moment this sweet family arrived, it was clear that Baby Thea was already surrounded by so much love, especially from her proud big sister.
Baby Thea was an absolute dream to photograph. She slept peacefully through much of her session, allowing us to capture a variety of timeless newborn portraits. Her delicate features, tiny fingers, and sweet expressions made every image feel like a work of art. One of the first things that stood out about Thea was her beautiful eyes. When she was awake, she quietly observed the world around her, giving us some unforgettable portraits that her family will treasure for years to come.
Of course, one of the highlights of the session was photographing Thea with her big sister. Watching the bond between siblings begin to grow is one of my favorite parts of newborn photography. Big sister was gentle, loving, and so proud of her new role. She couldn’t stop smiling as she held and cuddled Baby Thea, creating some of the sweetest sibling portraits imaginable.
Both girls were absolutely stunning. Their bright eyes, beautiful smiles, and natural connection made every photograph feel effortless. The love they share was evident in every pose, whether they were snuggled together or sharing a quiet moment. These are the kinds of images that families cherish because they capture not only what their children looked like at this moment in time, but also the emotions and relationships that make their family unique.
As a Raleigh newborn photographer, sessions like Thea’s remind me why I love what I do. Being trusted to document these precious early days is truly an honor. Babies grow and change so quickly, and newborn photography allows families to preserve these fleeting moments forever.

Book your Newborn Photos | When should you book your session?!
Many of my families book their due dates on my calendar while they are in their second trimester although I do have some that contact me as soon as they find out. These sessions take place typically before the baby is 2 weeks old (preferably, although I have done many older babies, it is just harder). We are booking into the December 2026
PAYMENT PLANS!!!
YES I do payment plans for those that book early! This gives you time to pay off your entire session before baby even arrives! The earlier you book the more time you get to pay it off.
